Working with Amanda was a great experience! I noticed an improvement in my level of pain not long after implementing some of her recommendations and have continued to see progress after the release of my baby’s lip and tongue tie (which Amanda helped to identify and then referred us to a great dentist) and continued work with her. We were struggling with our daughter’s sleep big time after her four month regression hit. Like, would not sleep more than 30 minutes unless she was being held! All night. After struggling with sleep training ourselves we found Amanda through the Mama coach website. She listened carefully and gave us great strategies and advice. She even helped for the rest of the week using a shared calendar where we tracked the sleep progress for individualized tips. Since then, our daughter is Ana amazing sleeper, who recovers with ease from teething, trips and illness, going back to sleeping 11-12 hours a night on her own, and napping happily. Could not recommend enough Amanda’s services to struggling parents.

I'm So glad you're here!

I’m Amanda! Registered Nurse and IBCLC with 9 years of experience in Maternal Child Health. My backgroung is in labor & delivery, postpartum support, and pediatric care. It is truly an honor to be part of such a vulnerable time in families lives.

As I transitioned to motherhood myself in 2018, my own personal struggles brought my attention to the gaps in support for mamas and new families. This propelled me to transition to sharing my knowledge and expertise out in the community. 

I am committed to providing you with evidence based information and judgement free support so that you can make informed decisions that are best for your unique family. I would love to come alongside you to inform and empower you, & be a part of your team during your transition into parenthood and beyond!
